Dr. Christina Stayeas, DPT, MSPT

Christina Stayeas received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from George Washington University in 1997, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2007. She began her career in the hospital setting, and since then has spent most of her career treating adults with complex orthopedic and progressive neurological ailments.

She has seen first hand how much a patient's nutritional health impacts their rehabilitation. As a physical therapist, she understands the connection between pain-free movement and healthy living. Dr. Stayeas has been a long time advocate on feeding your body a nutrient dense diet that limits inflammation and reduces the potential for disease.

Meghan Zampardi, MSPT, ATRIC

Meghan Zampardi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Penn State University in 1996, and her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000. Meghan believes a successful weight loss experience encompasses both adopting healthy eating habits and a strong 1:1 interaction between dieter and coach. As an Ideal Protein coach, Meghan looks forward to the weekly meeting with her clients to give them the opportunity to voice questions and concerns.

“I enjoy seeing my clients each week for their weigh-ins, and sharing in their journeys as they reach their weight loss goals”. Meghan is able to utilize her background as a physical therapy and avid exerciser to help clients transition to a more active lifestyle as they move towards the maintenance phase of the protocol.

Maureen Maier, MSPT, OMPT

Maureen Maier graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University. Maureen enjoys being an Ideal Protein coach and helping clients learn new habits and lifestyle behaviors as they embark on their weight loss journey. We have all been told very conflicting health information over the years. Maureen feels her role is here to help you sort through the confusion and help you take actionable steps towards your goals.

“I will be your accountability partner and help you gain control over your weight for the long term. My goal as a health coach is to educate you along the way so that you have the resources to continue your commitment to yourself and retake control of your health”.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
